Miss.Fit - Andrea

Andrea is an OG Miss.Fit who has been around since the inception of Miss.Fit Fitness.  She reached out seeking help establishing a consistent workout routine and nutrition guidance.  At the time, Andrea's busy schedule-mommy business and Corporate life—prevented us from doing any in-person sessions. 

She started with the Miss.Fit Fitness group virtual workout sessions to get moving before transitioning to in-person sessions in the gym! 

Now she is stronger and more motivated— going from one to two workouts every now and then to consistent workouts three to four days a week!

Online Training Program

Miss.Fit - Carita

Carita joined the Miss.Fit community after we connected and collaborated on a health & wellness discussion for women with PCOS. She had a consistent workout routine but was looking to take her workouts to the next level and tone her body.  She was also interested in a nutrition plan to help her reach her fitness goals. We created an online program which included customized workouts and a nutrition blueprint with meal suggestions.  We tracked her progress for six months and made small changes that aligned with her goals but did not require severe restrictions! After her program, Carita has been able to live her best life--continuing her fitness journey and maintaining her results!

Miss.Fit - Adrian

Adrian is a newer Miss.Fit who has taken her customized program and knocked it out of the park!  She came to Miss.Fit Fitness looking for a plan to help break her weight loss plateau.

She had a consistent workout routine but was not seeing the results that she was seeking.  She has followed her online program-- which includes customized workouts as well as the nutrition blueprint with meal suggestions—100%.

After being consistent on her program for 4 weeks, she lost 8 pounds. That is an average of 2 pounds a week and she is still going!

Miss.Fit - Tremesha

Tremesha came to the Miss.Fit community with a consistent workout routine but was having “difficulty losing fat and avoiding sweets.”  Her goal was to “develop a shapely physique and build strength, while establishing a healthy lifestyle.”

She received a customized workout program and implemented the suggestions from the nutrition blueprint. 

She was able to achieve her initial goal in six months and developed the confidence to take the plan and continue on her own!

Miss.Fit - Rhema

Rhema is an OG Miss.Fit! She has been with the Miss.Fit Community from the start! She already had a nutrition plan and consistent workout routine, successfully losing 60 pounds on her own prior to working with me.  When we had her initial fitness consultation, we discussed implementing a plan that included more strength training and weights to tighten and tone her body as it changes. 

A little over 18 months later, she is officially down 100 pounds and counting...

Miss.Fit - Jasmine

When I first met Jas, she was
having difficulty with nutrition
and sticking to a consistent workout routine
. Initially, it took the accountability of partner workouts to get Jasmine to the gym! 

We made some tweaks to her eating habits and scheduled her workouts at the same time every week, two to three times per week and the changes began to happen!  Now Jasmine holds herself accountable.  

She rarely misses a session and makes sure her clients know when it's her gym time!

Miss.Fit - Audrey

Audrey came to Miss.Fit Fitness as the winner of our free month of training through our sponsorship of Champion Theme Middle School Teacher Appreciation week.  She completed 8 weeks of training in-studio. Audrey’s focus was implementing a consistent workout routine.  She trained in person under my guidance twice a week while also completing additional workouts on her own when she wasn’t in the gym.  We also focused on changing her diet through the Miss.Fit Fitness – Nutrition Assessment. She then went on her own and after 16 weeks she was down 21 pounds! She took the plan and ran with it!  The goal of Miss.Fit Fit is to teach you how to implement a plan that you can use long beyond training with me!
